Our mission is to nurture and support emerging artists through a distinctive artist residency program. This 4-week residency provides a platform for artists to not only create new works but also forge meaningful connections with local and regional artists, curators in South Korea, and a select group of international residency participants.
Each term, Oreum Residency will select 5 artists from Asia and Oceania, and 5 artists from Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Upon completing the residency, Oreum will host a 2-week exhibition, offering artists the chance to showcase their work to an audience of visitors and buyers, fostering personal connections and professional opportunities.
